The Sugar Cane Mews is the most recent development of houses within the beautiful Royal Westmoreland Estate. It allows you easy access to the clubhouse and is next to the first tee and short game practice area. The Sanctuary pool, gym, tennis court and Rum Shak bar are also just a short stroll away. Sugar Cane Mews 1 is in the ideal spot! On the ground floor, there is a master suite with a luxury en-suite bathroom. There is also a large sitting area which opens up to the garden. Here you will find the pool and terrace area. These are accessed via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Two additional guest rooms each with their own en-suite bathroom are also on this level. A fourth en-suite master guest bedroom of equally generous proportions is provided on the mezzanine floor. On the first floor, large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors opens up the elegantly modern living and dining areas. These lead to a covered, south-facing terrace overlooking the private pool. From here the unrivaled fairway and sea views can be enjoyed to their fullest. Guest access Effective May 1, 2026, the Club will be introducing the following:- If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week) Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below: Weekly Charge 1 – 2 Bed Properties USD$100.00 per week 3 Bed Properties USD$125.00 per week 4 + Bed Properties USD$150.00 per week Other things to note All guests staying at Sugar Cane Mews No.1 will benefit from social membership and access to all resort facilities, and access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins.
