Beautiful & quiet place. A true in-law house.

It’s a true separate in-law house in a walk out basement. It’s completely furnished & includes a living room, bathroom. laundry room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full size bed off the living room, a day bed with a twin bed and a trundle twin underneath in the living room, and 2 full size air mattresses & 3 TVs. Victor is a suburb of Rochester with many hiking trails. There are wineries, lakes, casinos, & colleges. Its approx. 20 mins from Bristol Mt & we have many theatres. The space Since this is a true in-law area in a walk out basement and I live upstairs, obviously you may hear some noises from upstairs (mostly foot steps), but we definitely try to be as quiet as possible when people are staying here. The kitchen is completely filled with basically everything you most likely need. The area off the living room with the full bed has drapes in the area so you are able to make that area private. The back yard backs up to forever wild, therefore you will often see deer roaming around. There's also a fire pit in the back yard that you are more than welcome to use and also a black metal pail on the porch, so you are able to put the ashes into that when cleaning the fire pit after using it. Guest access The entire area is your space and I rarely need to come downstairs, but if do I will contact you and let you know. Other things to note Doug and I live upstairs therefore you may hear footsteps and some noise, but we try to be as quiet as possible when people are staying at the airbnb. Unless a true emergency I don't come downstairs and if I do need to come downstairs, I will contact you first.
