EXTRA GUESTS (2) in summer can stay in THE CABANA AT THE POND available May -September. BOTH CABINS have a unique 'cabin in the midst of nature' feeling with a big touch of fantasy, and reminiscence of being on a tropical island. SNOW BOWL SKI AREA +NORDIC VILLAGE cross country skiing or SEDONA 30-45 minutes drive. GRAND CANYON 1.5 hrs. away. Out the door access the Arizona Trail for Biking, Hiking, cross country skiing snow shoeing. The large lawn, outdoor dining areas, beach, island, pond are communal use areas for Guesthouse, Cabana guests (closed in winter), as well as property residents. The outdoor corner Kitchen, and the Bathroom behind the kitchen (below the Cabana) is reserved for the Cabana guests. Ask about the second rental: 'CABANA AT THE POND', sleeps 2. Unattended pets must be in a ‘ crate’ if left alone. The last 1.25 miles is a dirt road. All wheel drive or 4 x4 helpful during snow season. PLEASE HONOR QUIET TIME 10-pm to 8am. Guest access Download the ALL Trails app on your phone to take with you on any hike off the property! Helps to not feel lost! In winter, during and after snows, one must be prepared with 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive. The Guests will have to park about 85 feet away and walk up a flagstone pathway to the guesthouse, and then walk up 5 wooden steps to the porch. Guests will have access to all outdoor areas. Add your friends, or let the kids have their own house by also booking the Cabana ( search: cabana at the pond, Flagstaff… And it will take you to the AirBnB site). Other things to note Guesthouse Door will be unlocked upon your arrival, with keys inside on the table.
