Bedrooms The property has four bedrooms: • Three bedrooms with king size beds, each equipped with a TV screen, sofa bed and air conditioning. • A fourth bedroom with two single beds, also with a TV screen, sofa bed and air conditioning. Mosquitoes In the Riviera de Chapala area, the presence of insects is common due to the proximity of the lake, humidity and abundant vegetation. We have a strict monthly spraying program; however, water mosquitoes may appear, especially at dusk and at night. This species does not bite, but it can be annoying. For a better experience, we recommend: • Keep door and window screens closed at all times. • Use insect repellent. Swimming pool • The pool is private and heated. • We provide towels for your use. • In the kitchen you will find plastic cups intended exclusively for the outdoor area. • The use of glass in the pool area is strictly forbidden for safety reasons. The development is private and secure It's a nice place and it gives complete independence in every way to each guest. We have constant pest control and fumigation, although since the house is on a hill it's normal to find the odd bug or animal, but we constantly work on fumigating and above all we're very meticulous with the cleaning and sanitization.
