Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am. We respect the city quiet hours and do not play before 7am and do not play later then 10pm. HOT TUB: The hot tub is available to guests upon request. Please be aware it is in our backyard. So although it is not shared publicly, it is located right off our back porch. We ask all guests to please shower off fire entering the hot tub. Thank you!
