Large and spacious house, with pool and green area to provide moments of relaxation, leisure and integration for family and friends. It has 8 suites (4 in the main house and 4 in the outdoor area). Parking for up to 10 vehicles. Balconies with hammocks for resting. 2 kitchens, one in the main house and another in the kiosk. The house and pool have ramps to allow access for the elderly and people with mobility difficulties, as well as a room adapted for wheelchair users. Other things to note The house is located in a gated community on the BA-099 highway, on the other side of the road, towards Salvador. It's not on the beach side.
