You pay for propane if over used after the four hours use. It’s not too expensive, but if renters overuse to heat spa all day, etc. it will be. We get detailed hourly propane use on an app that we will show you. You can pay propane company direct if you like. If renting over 5 days, you will be required to give your credit card to propane company at beginning of your stay. TVs are smart however Netflix occasionally has issues working.
