Garage access is available but cameras remain on. Other things to note Propane is used for all outside amenities.. spa, pool, fire pit, bbq. The pool is NOT to be heated. Propane over use is an extra charge (more than 4 hours used per day). **If renting for longer than five days, the beginning of your stay you will get a itemized list showing tank level, then again at checkout. You pay for propane if over used after the four hours use. It’s not too expensive, but if renters overuse to heat spa all day, etc. it will be. We get detailed hourly propane use on an app that we will show you. You can pay propane company direct if you like. If renting over 5 days, you will be required to give your credit card to propane company at beginning of your stay. TVs are smart however Netflix occasionally has issues working. Can’t control Netflix sorry.
