Ideal for spending the night and enjoying the day with family and friends on the beaches of the region: Itaparica, Itapuã, Praia da Costa, Guarapari, Meaípe and Manguinhos. The space The place has 2 floors, with 2 residences on the first floor and 4 on the second. There is no doorman, only a main door that will give access to all the apartments where other families live. The apartment accommodates 4 people, consisting of Bedroom 01, Bedroom 02, Bathroom, Living Room, Kitchen and Laundry. Cars can be parked on the street just in front of the house (in 38 years living in this place there has never been a report of damage or breakdown to cars and there is still a night watchman making rounds) We are a residence with a family culture and our own habits, where some demands can be resolved with a good conversation, low tone, and good manners. We open our doors to have and offer a positive experience to visitors who are passing through our region. We ask guests to maintain organization, cleanliness, and ethics during their stay. The apartment must be left clean and organized as the guest received it! Guest access Guests can easily walk around the neighborhood to nearby restaurants, pizzerias, and bakeries (ask the Host for tips) I recommend that you do so by walking and leaving your cars in front of the residence.
