This breathtaking 6-bedroom house borders with neighbors to the left, the lake to the front and a patch of council land to the right. Built on raised ground, the two-story house faces the Moreno Lake and the Cerro Lopez and Tronador Peaks. The master bedroom lets one wake up to probably the most enchanting view only a handful of lucky people have imprinted in their memory. The space But not only this room faces such an incredible view. The spacious living-room, the large dining-room and two of the upper bedrooms also overlook this dreamy scenery. The house was built with one sole purpose: to be lived and enjoyed to the most. Countless Argentinian “asados” were made and shared with friends on the “Parrilla Deck” with a large wooden table sitting over 12 people. Endless summer days spent hanging out at the double deck boat house, waiting for turns to go kayaking or wakeboarding or just jumping into the water and swimming in the cold but refreshing Moreno Lake. Lots and lots of kid tea parties were held in the front garden, naturally shaped as a private amphitheater right next to the main entrance of the house. It’s an epicenter of heartfelt memories made within its boundaries and also made of skiing trips to Cerro Catedral Ski Center (just 30 minutes away), mountain climbing adventures to Cerro Lopez and Cerro Catedral during the summer, camping trips up on the mountain at Tronador Volcano or at any of the beaches of the Nahuel Huapi Lake, golf afternoons just across the street, and infinite other summer and winter activities. One more activity that definitely has to be mentioned is the early morning rides on the speed boat through the pristine waters - home to world record trouts - for a great catch and release adventure in miles of waters.
