My place is located on Praia do Forte, inside a private condominium, true beach front property just 3 km from the villa. It is a large duplex with high ceilings, 3 suites, a large balcony with pool, and rooms with sea front views and unspoiled nature landscapes. It was designed and built to be "our home", well equipped and cozy. The condominium has excellent infrastructure and pay per use services (you may use the Iberostar resort pay per use structure ). It is excellent for families with kids. The space The property is spacious, very airy and bright. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms, and in the living room. Black out curtains in the rooms ensure privacy and comfort. On the balcony there is a pool with hydromassage. The furniture is sophisticated and of high quality. The decor is modern, fine and minimalist. In the bedrooms, beds and twin beds are very comfortable. The kitchen and service area are very well equipped. Sheets, bath towels and pool towels are available for guests. The television has four open/ regular channels , and the devices are smart TV connected. Guest access Guests have access to the Reserva do Mar condominium which has a large infinity pool for adults, a children's pool, as well as an infrastructure for tables, chairs and umbrellas. The common pool area even has a kitchen and grill. Access to the beach is internal. Guests have access to chairs and umbrella on the beach. The condominium has a tennis court, and shares a soccer field, gym and squash court with the other condos of the Iberostate complex. Access to the Iberostar resort and restaurants is pay per use and requested at the hotel itself. Guests must follow the rules of the Reserva do Mar condominium that are available for reading on the property.
