In the department of Canelones, within the Neptunia resort, immersed in a dream location, where the family built this house to spend the summer and dream, located in front of the sea and the mouth of the Pando River, just centimeters from the beach, and in an environment characterized by sand dunes and pine forests, is the cozy El Torbellino house decorated by us for us and for you, with lots of love, dedication, and care. The space Our house is fully equipped to accommodate 4 to 6 people with all the comforts and conveniences. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, TV, DVD player, bathroom, a hallway with a closet, a kitchen furnished and equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, extractor hood for odorless cooking, and all the necessary household items; a dining room with its corresponding table and chairs and with unparalleled warmth. Outside, there is a sitting area in front of the house with a panoramic and unparalleled view of the sea. In the back, there is a gazebo with a built-in table for more than 10 people, a large grill, and a clay oven. We also have a garden table and chairs set for eating or being outside in the patio area at the kitchen's exit. There is also a bedroom with a closet and a double bed, and a sofa bed for two people, a full bathroom with hot water. Casa El Torbellino also has a connection to the running water and sewer network, and street parking for your vehicle. Other things to note The rental price does not include sheets, covers, and towels. But if required, there is an additional cost of US$2 per guest per day.
