Super central, it is located on the Foodtrucks curve, in front of the Mirador Analí, where there is a park. From there you can go down to Playa Norte. Close to Doris Bakery and gourmet shops. I recommend following: discoverpuntahermosa The space The vibe of the house is felt and it catches you, it is a pioneer in the district and has a history of more than 40 years since the first brick was laid. That's why the street is named in honor of the owner of the house, DOC Segura, who surfs daily on La Isla. The house has a patio and BBQ for family/friends gatherings, perfect for pre-parties, no mass parties (if celebrations), no loud noise/loud music after 12pm, out of respect for the neighbors. Guest access The house has indoor and outdoor parking. Parking on the track is prohibited as it bothers the neighbors. There are several free municipal parking lots less than a block away. Other things to note Inside the house there is a mini apartment that has a separate entrance where the Host stays intermittently. He will not use the patio, but the main entrance is the same.
