By renting our Guarujá Apartment, we share with you our family's favorite place since 1985. Our apartment is in a prime area, 200 meters from the beach, in a family condominium, with rental rules, so when you rent our apartment, you automatically AGREE to them. Maximum number of people: 8 Common area CANNOT be used by tenants: Barbecue, Swimming pool, Game room. Rental for family groups only. We do not accept PETS. Respect the law of silence. Rentals only via Airbnb. The space Our Apê do Guarujá is located in a prime area of Enseada, in a family condominium, 200 meters from the beach, recently renovated, and with all the structure to welcome our guests very well. There are 3 large rooms, a dining room, TV room, card table, and balcony. Very airy apartment. Toilet. 3 suites, which comfortably accommodate 8 people, of which: Suite 1 - Double bed Suite 2 - Double bed Suite 3 - Two twin beds (Two single beds with extra bed/mattress) Each suite has a fan. Large kitchen, with basic items that meet the rental periods. Service area. Guest access Guest access is restricted to the apartment. And that's no small thing. Our guests can enjoy approximately 200 m² very well distributed. The common areas of the condominium DO NOT INCLUDE THE LEASE. The rules imposed by the condominium administrator DO NOT authorize the temporary lessee to access the COMMON AREA. Use of the Hall, Game Room, Barbecue Grill, and swimming pool is not allowed. Other things to note For the holiday period, the minimum rental is 5 nights. Maximum number of people: 8 No exceptions whatsoever. Beach services and access to common areas are not available to temporary tenants. We do not accept PETS. No parties allowed. Respect for the rules of silence. WE DO NOT RENT OUTSIDE OF AIRBNB. MASKS ARE MANDATORY IN COMMON AREAS. The above rules are in compliance with the condominium rules.
