We built this house as our family weekend getaway from daily city life. Full of color and texture, most of the finishing details and pieces are one-of-a-kind and made from restored, noble materials. Three bedrooms downstairs and the second floor also has a queen size bed and ample work space. Bedrooms Master bedroom with king bed and bathroom with jacuzzi, shower, and separate toilet adjacent to bathing space. Vanity area with two sinks. Dual curtains - Blackout and cloth. Two additional bedrooms downstairs - one with two twin beds. The third bedroom has a double bed and is where we leave the television. Huge selection of books in this room. These two rooms are adjoined by a vanity area with two sinks and a bathroom with a vintage bathtub. Upstairs you will find a multi-use space which we recently transformed into a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. Dual curtains - Blackout and cloth. For the adventurous, you can try the stairwell slide! Kitchen/Dining Large, integrated kitchen stocked with everything you need - a large industrial stove/oven, table settings for eight people, a blender, electric kettle, and large capacity refrigerator. The separate washroom has a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area is integrated with the living and kitchen space. Each room has an air conditioner (split), heating via split AC/heat. Central heating radiator system. We also have wood-burning stoves (we ask these not be used) and a large dual-side fireplace in the living space. There are two galleries - one on the side with a large dining table, chairs, and wood oven, parrilla, and a mechero a gas con disco. The front gallery has a hammock and exterior living furniture and space. The fire pit is located the front yard off the gallery with additional benches and sitting space. There is also an internal patio with a ceramic table. The house has a swimming pool on the property (made of wood!) and we maintain it year-round. We have super fast internet connection via Starlink and Wifi throughout the house to easily work from home. There is a television with a Firestick to easily to Netflix, Disney+, Youtube, and more. The neighborhood has a large community pool, restaurant (open on the weekends), several kilometers of walking and riding paths, a polo field, tennis courts, access to the river! All of the lots in the neighborhood are between 5-15 acres - you have tons of privacy and open views. From the entrance the nearest town, Lima, is 6 kilometers where you can stock up on any supplies and food you need while visiting. Personally, we suggest for short stays to bring what you can and avoid going to Lima as it's not necessarily convenient. Please note that our property is within a gated farm club. There is a security gate at the entrance and monitoring throughout the neighborhood. The streets have speed monitoring and infractions will occur with fines for speeds over 30 km per hour. You are responsible for paying any speeding fines. This is a private family home, and we do not allow large groups, parties, or events. No exceptions. Any day visitors must be approved and given access by the owners. If you are planning on inviting guests, please send us a message with an idea of your plans prior to avoid any misunderstandings. We are okay with up to 10 people in the house at a time (including your group). All guests and visitors must provide names and document numbers to allow access to the neighborhood. Check-in is at 3pm and after, check out by 12pm. If you would like a late check-out, please arrange it beforehand. 1/2 of the daily rate will be charged. Other things to note Our neighborhood requires that all renters review and sign a neighborhood rules/reglamento de Convivencia prior to the rental date. Renters must also provide names and DNI of every adult in their party to gain access to neighbhood. Drivers must also provide proof of car insurance. The speed limit of 30 km per hour is strictly enforced with cameras throughout the neighborhood. The guest on the reservation will be responsible for the payment of all fines incurred by themselves or their guests/visitors during their stay - we are provided a list by the administration every 15 days.
