The house is 48 m2 with 1 bedroom, 1 double bed, 1 dresser available for the guest and air conditioning. The living room has a bed that sleeps 3 people when closed and turns into a sofa bed with the dimensions of a double bed. The American kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, blender, popcorn maker, utensils, cabinets and shelves. The bathroom has an electric shower.
