Eco-friendly house in the forest

Beautiful house in a natural setting, surrounded by forest. The house has a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful view of the surrounding foliage. On the ground floor, a small room for a child. Living room with futon/bed and windows overlooking the forest. Fully equipped kitchen. Electricity, mains water and hot water. Ideal capacity: three people (a couple and someone else). It is possible to accommodate a fourth person comfortably. The fourth guest is charged separately. The space THE HOUSE is made of clay, stone, wood and a living roof, so it is very thermally efficient. It stays cool in summer and retains heat in winter. Its rugged surroundings and warm appearance make it a very pleasant place. THE LOT measures 1000 m2. The house is in a rural setting with eucalyptus, palm trees, and native trees. As there are no buildings on the neighboring land, EVERYTHING YOU SEE FROM ANYWHERE ON THE LAND IS FOREST, and the perception of the space is much more than a thousand meters. THE LOCATION is eight blocks from the beach, in a wooded neighborhood. Also eight blocks away is the stream, ideal for swimming and fishing. It has an alarm for extra peace of mind. Other things to note The kitchen has an electric oven with two electric stoves. It's an efficient stove but it doesn't heat as much as a gas stove. The staircase is quite steep, not recommended for small children, the elderly, or people with reduced mobility. The ground floor windows bring a lot of light into the house. To ventilate the house there is a window in the kitchen, another in the small room and the door, all with mosquito nets. In the upper room, two windows with mosquito nets allow for cross-air circulation. Next to the back of the house there is a chulengo grill. The car is left on the street, at the entrance to the house. Out of respect for guests and for the care of the house, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS.
