Our separate/detached one room casita is private and has it's own entrance. It comfortably fits 2 guests located on the NW side of Abq, in a quiet established neighborhood. Casita is located in front of main house to the left as you enter the courtyard, Parking is in the street. Pets are allowed with an added $40 pet fee, please add to reservation at time of booking. Pets must be crated if left in unattended. No matter how well-trained or well-behaved a pet may be, accidents sometimes happen. Our calendar is up to date. We allow pets but there will be an additional $40 pet fee added to reservation and pets must be in a crate if left in room alone/unattended. (For us to continue to allow pets, please give us the courtesy to let us know you are traveling with a fur baby). Parking is in the street in front of casita. Separate private 1 Room Casita. "Casita" means small house in Spanish. This casita is a detached little home away from home about the size of an average hotel room. Casita has a queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 32" TV with satellite, toaster, toaster oven, electric hot plate, 3/4 bathroom, washer/dryer, and WIFI internet access. Pack-n-play available if needed for those travelling with infant or toddler. Room also has a ceiling fan, and heating/AC (not swamp cooler). Feel free to relax and pull up a chair in front of the fountain. Grill also available for your use. Quiet family neighborhood. 2 parks within walking distance, -5 minutes to shopping malls, restaurants, -5 minutes to BosqueTrails (2 mountain bikes available), -15 minutes from Old Town, - 12 min to Balloon Fiesta Park, - 10 minutes to freeway access I-25 and I-40, - 15 minutes to Sunport, - 15 minutes to Sandia Resort and Casino/Golf Course, - 20 minutes to Base of Sandia Tram (access to ski lifts and fine dining), -7 minutes away to NM Rail Runner which can transport you North to Santa Fe, South to Downtown or Belen. Shopping mall, major department stores, restaurants, movie theatre, w/i less than 3 mile radius makes for convenient commute.
