On the ground floor: Gourmet covered space, rooms, fireplace and American-style cuisine provide a unique encounter with family or friends, where everyone interacts. Environments with natural lighting throughout the day. Double-height living room brings charm and refreshment to our space. Large kitchen with an island and cooktop with 05 mouths, microwaves, gas oven, double sink, refrigerator and various utensils such as pots, lowers, shapes, glasses and cutlery, courtesy for use during your stay, basic kitchenware. We do not provide food. One suite, one bedroom, large social bathroom and laundry complement the ground floor space. The ground floor suite has a double bed. The room has a single bed and two bunk beds (beds close to the floor). From the rooms, two balcony doors offer access to the covered, spacious Gourmet Space, with a large table, vertical freezer, barbecue, stove and wood-burning oven, two bathrooms and some barbecue utensils, complimentary for use during your stay. The Gourmet space offers access to the pool. Piscina (not covered and not heated), we provide a network for the removal of leaves/insects. The staircase leading to the mezzanine of the upper suites and the mezzanine have protective screens only on the sides. A superior suite has a screen on the window. Laundry with double tank and an elliptical machine. Upper Floor: Master Suite with double bed, balcony and beautiful view of the region. The balcony of the suite has a parapet and there is no child protection screen, requiring adult supervision in this area when there are children (see photos). It has a fireplace that is only decorative. The second suite has a double bed and a single bed. We can provide, upon request, side protection for bed because we do not have a crib. We host well-behaved families and groups due to the rules of the Allotment where we are located for the volume of sound and riddles. Common sense in relation to loud noise during normal hours and absolute silence from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., respecting the Law of Silence. Space with capacity for up to 5 vehicles (depending on size), with 2 covered parking spaces. Automotive sound is not allowed. Access to the house by stairs and ramp. The House is located in a region where the flora and fauna are present, 1200m from the asphalt by the main road and 500m from the asphalt by the secondary access, that is, to reach our space is used by road/dirt road/street.
