Beautiful room for rent

Is a beautiful room with full size bed, satelital tv, closet, little hairdresser, mirror in a nice apartment with all services: internet, , hot water, laundry place, access to kitchen, living room, garden. Close to all turistic and educational centers. All kind of transportation is close and available during day and night. Nice an cozy environment. The space It is a bright apartment. Unlimited wifi and coffee . Hot showers on a bath tub are great! 24 hours pick up service from the airport. The room has double bed (the mattress is new and very comfortable). In this department there are only two rooms, mine and host . I am a person related to art, theater and psychology. If you like that side of life, you will feel comfortable in this house and will enjoy its essence. I speak spanish, english, some portuguese, some french and little pharsi. Guest access You have access to the kitchen , dining room and bathroom are shared areas . You can cook , store your stuff in the refrigerator. The kitchen has oven , blender , refrigerator , water heater , sandwich maker and microwave . There is a heater in the room and another in the dining and living area ( it is not often used because the climate of Quito is mild most of the time ) . The garbage is thrown in an impound located 100 meters from the house . Garbage collectors pass daily . The minimum stay is 3 nights . During your stay In case of need or emergency you can contact me for help , support or guidance. I can not answer if I'm in therapy or in a trial ( spaces in which the cell is off) but can have other family members to assist you . Other things to note Quito is a very nice and very capricious weather city , you have to learn to use many types of clothes in one day :)
