The space Our apartment is on the ground floor with a Balcony right in front of the Pool and only a few steps from the BEACH. BOSQUE DEL MAR is a very relaxing complex located in Rio Grande, on the northeast area of Puerto Rico, only 35 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marin Airport (SJU) and close to many restaurants, attractions and only 5 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest. The unit is fully equipped: • Kitchen has everything: Fridge, Stove/Oven, Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster Oven, Pot & Pans, Glass plates, glasses, cups, mugs, knifes, utensils… JUST bring your food! • Living/ Dining room area is very spacious, FREE WIFI, Roku TV, 2 celling fans and board games. • Master Bedroom has a queen size bed with fresh linens, a sofa bed, AC, on suite bathroom. The sink is separate from the toilet and bathtub which makes it easier to work around. It also has a walk in closet. • Second bedroom has a full size bed and twin bunk beds all with fresh linens, closet, AC, and it has a great view of the pool. • Traveling with babies, we can set up a play-n-pack when requested. We also have a high chair. • Second bathroom is also very spacious. • Linen Closet has fresh towels, beach towels, lanterns, first aid kit in case of emergency. • Laundry is set up with washer and dryer combo and a sink. • We have 2 parking spaces available. • We have Beach towels, chairs and a cooler. Balcony has open access to complex grounds, lots of space for all the "chancletas" (flipflops) and plenty of towel hooks. (We do ask you to please don't hang towels in the verandah) • A have a few extras like umbrella*, toys* and boggie boards* for some fun in the Sun! *These Items listed here are complementary and extras, only available for as long as they last and are not damaged by wear and tear. Guest access The unit is completely yours during your stay. - We have a Keypad for Self Check-In. - We have a closed wardrobe in every closet and a pantry in the kitchen with our personal belonging. Everything else is yours to used while you're here. - Gated complex with 24 hour security. - The complex has direct private access to beach - Communal family-friendly pool, tennis and pickle ball court, kids playground, basketball and beach soccer court and a golf putting green. Other things to note SECURITY: Guards will register your vehicle upon arrival for access. Security works 24/7. PARKING: Use only designated spaces #106/107. BEACH Keys & Gate Opener: Found on the counter. You may keep the gate opener in your car but must return it before checkout (Replacement cost $75 each) AC & LIGHTS: Please turn off the AC and lights when not in use to help conserve energy. WATER HEATER: Switch near the kitchen light must be ON to work. STORM SHUTTERS: Some are automatically operated. Always press STOP when opening/closing. Do not operate manually. TRASH: Dispose of trash in the dumpster located by the exit gate. No trash bags in hallways at any time. BEACH CHAIRS: Available for your use. Store them back in their place after use. Yo can leave them out in the balcony during your stay. BEACH TOWELS: Do not hang on the balcony. Use provided hooks. SOFA & BEDS: Avoid sitting or lying on them with wet clothing or towels. WACHER & DRYER: Do not overload. Clean the dryer filter after each use. OWNER's STORAGE: Personal items are stored inside some lock closets—We do ask that you respectfully refrain from those areas. OUR COMPLEX: POOL AREA: Enjoy our amenities. Please follow posted pool rules. No food or drinks inside or on the pool’s borders. Cameras monitor the area 24/7. Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM OUTDOOR SHOWER: Use it to rinse off sand before entering the unit. BEACH: We have a direct private beach access, Swim at your own risk, No lifeguard on duty. SPORTS & Recreation: • Basketball court • Tennis & Pickleball courts* • Soccer / Sand Volleyball area • Kids’ playground • Golf putting green* • Gazebos ICE MACHINE: Bags of ice are available for purchase at the guard post. Only 5 Minute drive to El Yunque Rainforest and plenty of other nearby attractions, Puerto Rican & International cuisine restaurants, horseback riding, marinas & catamaran charters, Bioluminescent Bay tours and more... *Some areas require reservations to ensure availability.
