My apartment is on Rua Francisco Ramalhete Gameiro, 350 meters from the Praia do Morro waterfront, on the corner of Av. Paris. Linens and towels included. 3 bedrooms with WIFI, all with ceiling fan, 1 suite with double bed with 12,000 BTU inverter split air-conditioning, another bedroom with double bed, one single and one auxiliary bed and another bedroom with a double bed, social toilet, living room, kitchen and garage for 1 small car Accommodates up to 8 people in beds, 2 single mattresses. Max 10 people The space My space is very well located. Close to pharmacy, supermarket, gas station, 24-hour cashier, bars with live music and etc. Guest access The apartment is located on the third floor in a building with only 8 units. As the building has an apartment on the ground floor, the apartment number is 402 but refers to the third floor. Access is via stairs. Not recommended for people with limited mobility or the elderly. Other things to note The garage does not accommodate large cars/trucks (Hilux/S10/Hanger). However, I live on the same street as the apartment and there is space for 3 cars of any size.
