Live in Rio as a Carioca...

My place is near the Botafogo Subway Station, Restaurants, Bakery, Supermarket and the Botafogo Shopping. The apartment is very quiet, located in a family building, in the heart of Botafogo, one of the best areas of Rio, just 5 minutes walking to the subway. Besides that, there are many tourist places near here, like the Sugar Loaf, Copacabana/Ipanema beaches, Corcovado and The Lagoon. My apartment is suitable to family, couples and business travellers. Children are always welcome. The space The apartment is very confortable for 4 people. It will acommodate up to 6 by using the sofa-bed (which is queen size), in the living room. It's a family building, with a daily cleaning in the common areas. There is no doorman, but you can use the video surveillance . Although there is no elevator, it's in the second floor, just one flight of stairs far. The shower is just great, with a very warm water. Internet connection is 15Mbs, w/ WiFi. Both bedrooms offer a desk for a notebook. Other things to note Only the people listed in the reservation will be allowed to access the building.
