Enjoy a wrap around patio with ample outdoor seating for 4-6 both lounging and dining just steps from the pool. The 1 bedroom, 2 bath villa has a large living room and kitchen to fit 2 guests comfortably. The space The master bedroom features a king size bed and brand new walk-in shower in the ensuite. Large wall to wall patio doors open up to access the pool. (Note: Our patio is slightly off to the side of the pool and more private as sun bathers do not look directly into the unit). If you prefer to rent 1 bedroom with two separate beds, the second bedroom has 2 XL twin beds and can be used instead of the master. This configuration is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The large family-style bathroom with full size shower and tub is across the hall from the second bedroom. It has a large vanity with plenty of storage and several towel bars and hooks for your bath and beach towels. The brand new kitchen has been thoughtfully stocked with everything a you could need to self-cater or entertain. The kitchen in this unit features: - Full size fridge and bottom freezer - Bosch stove top - Oven - Dishwasher - Washing Machine (clothes drying racks provided) Big beach towels and beach bags are available for our guests to use by the pool or nearby beaches.. Guest access When booking the unit as a two bedroom, you will have access to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The third bedroom is locked off to guests. Guests can use either of the two pools on the property. Parking within the lot is free for our guests. Other things to note * COVID 19 - UPDATED CLEANING AND PROTOCOLS - Our already thorough cleaning protocols between stays have been adjusted to meet the new COVID related government guidelines which includes certain precautionary extras like air conditioner filters. As always, we disinfect all touch points each cleaning such as door handles, faucets, remote controls and more. - At the moment, the government mandate is to clean once per week. As that relaxes, we will work with our guests to provide our regular cleaning schedule every 3 days. Additional linens can be provided by contactless drop. - Additional cleaning supplies are left for guests to disinfect high touch points as they see fit. - The entire Lantana property has updated protocols for common areas, pool, parking lot, stairwells and communal hallways. * PREPARING FOR YOUR STAY We can also assist you in arranging: - Private van to/from airport - Rental car or van - Pre-stocked groceries - Additional cleaning & linen changes - Early check ins and late check outs (when available for an additional fee)
