Five miles to downtown Charlevoix. Private backyard with gas grill and fire pit. Ironton Ferry and The Landings restaurant are very close by. Ample parking in driveway for boats/vehicles. House can sleep up to 10 people. The space Very comfortable home with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 family rooms and a fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffee pot (with filters provided) along with Keurig. Gas grill outside on deck. Fire pit with wood for campfire in private back yard. Washer and dryer available. One of the first floor private family rooms has a queen size sofa bed for guests who cannot do stairs. Other things to note Please contact owner for approval of pets. There is an additional pet fee and instructions regarding house if pet is approved.
