Gorgeous and peaceful setting next to trails, city parks and bike paths. 1 mile off the Interstate; 10 min by car to Denton, 20 min to DFW and 30 min to Dallas. * No parties, filming or film crews (I do get asked). The space * Beautiful private bedroom, comfy mattress, cable TV and WIFI and your own, separate bath with supplies. * Guests have access to a separate living area with desk, dining table, couch, recliner and Smart TV. This area is the front part of the house, off of the entryway. * No parties. No filming. No film crews. Guest access * All new guests are met in person between 3 - 9pm to be shown how to use the code lock and be shown to the accomodations * Repeat Guests are sent a code and can "self check-in" at any hour, without being met in person. During your stay * This is your "home away from home". Rest and relax in peace and quiet. On your first visit, we will meet in person at the door between 3-9pm. Subsequent visits, you will "self-checkin" at any time. * For your privacy, you have a secluded bedroom and the use of a separate living area. * I love chatting with my guests but some guests just want peace and quiet... so the secluded bedroom is a perfect solution. Other things to note * At times, I dog-sit little dogs under 25 pounds. * Please, park in the driveway on the left side, 6 feet back from the garage door * Arrive during check-in hours (3 - 9pm). No late arrivals allowed, please. * No parties. No filming. No film crews.
