It is located in downtown Buenos Aires, close to all public transportation, metro/subway and a few blocks from Corrientes Avenue, National Congress and Av. Callao, with easy access to cafes, restaurants and theaters and all the tourist attractions of Buenos Aires. No loud noises from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM - No parties allowed - Always take the apartment keys with you when you leave. If you forget the keys inside the apartment after hours, you must pay a $30 fee for that emergency. - If you leave the sheets or towels stained after check-out, an extra charge will be claimed to replace them.
