You will love sitting on our screened in porch with a glass of wine and your kids will love the pool table, sectional, air hockey table and loads of space in the finished basement. With loads of space, my set up is also good for multiple families to share. With Miami University so close, you will be very comfortable at Motta Manor. Guests will have access to entire home and property. I am available for text at anytime! My house is close to all activities in Oxford and Miami University. The community park is right next door! Need to get to the Miami Recreational Center or Oxford Community Park, all you need is 2 or 3 minutes! Whether you walk, bike, or drive you are close to it all! I leave a long list of restaurants and places to visit in the area, along with coffee, cream, and some snacks, just in case your journey was long. I also leave a quick run down of how things work so that you are just as comfortable in my home as you are in yours.
