Condo in Austin

First floor condo in gated community with reserved parking spot available. A half mile to trendy Eastside restaurants/bars and two miles to Downtown/Austin Convention Center. 20 minutes to Airport. Walk to 24/7 Coffee House with delicious food! Quiet community but very close to the action. The space - Private room with full size bed and attached bathroom - WFH with full desk + rolling chair - Google Fiber - Washer and Dryer in unit - Casper mattresses outfitted with premium sheets and pillows, freshly washed, always! - Towels and extra blankets are provided. - Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for meals at home - Smart TVs in both bedrooms - Amazon Firestick plus Apple TV in the living room. Check-in time is 3pm or later. Access for gate and condo door are both through a keyless lock for which you'll be provided a code prior to approval, so late night check-ins are not a problem. Check-out time is 11am. Message me about renting a single room at a discounted rate! (not available for all dates) Guest access Private room and full bathroom to yourself! Kitchen and living room are shared (if Luna and I are home!) During your stay My co-host and I are available through the Airbnb site and phone/text regularly. We will make sure you have all the info you need before you arrive, and will be nearby should you have any troubles. When renting only the private room, I'm happy to chat/hangout if I'm available or respect your space. =)
