Enjoy your stay in BA in the ideal neighborhood, Chacarita: quiet, safe, and full of incredible restaurants. This studio (monoambiente) has a well separated bedroom not visible from the kitchen, and features a multi-level private terrace overlooking the treetops below. The terrace features a hammock, firepit, ambient lighting, BBQ, and a cold plunge. The couch is also a secondary bed, for one person. The building has a pool, BBQ area (parrilla), laundry and garden area with a playground. The space The apartment is ideal to rest and visit the city, or relax in the pool and sunbathe on the lounge chairs. The multi-level private terrace, which is attached to the apartment features your own grill (parrilla), firepit, hammock, patio furniture, and cold plunge. The dining area currently doubles as an efficient work station with a curved monitor and incredibly fast 700 Mbps internet. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, they have their own keys and the manager lives in the building. In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay, from linen to kitchen utensils. Other things to note Chacarita is a very special neighbourhood and my ideal place to stay in Buenos Aires. It is safe, quiet, has incredible food options, and is just a short walk into Palermo for even more fun.
