It has plenty of space for you to relax and enjoy your visit to Barbados. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, a living room and dining area, a patio, an outside gazebo tower with seating, a private driveway, an outdoor laundry line, and front and back yards - you have got all the space you need! After a day in the sun you can rinse off in our outdoor shower and relax on the porch with loved ones. This is coastal living done right. We can’t wait to host you! Guest access Hey there! Our wonderful guests have access to all areas of the house and property, except for the garage, storage room under the outside gazebo, and a small laundry room closet. We keep supplies in these areas. We also close off any unused bedrooms during your stay. Other things to note We do not charge for Air-conditioning usage however there is an electricity cap of US$40.00 (BDS$80.00) per week. We take a meter reading before and after your stay and if the amount of usage exceeds this we would contact you to cover the overage. This is usually more than enough for normal A/C usage (Approximately 10 hours per night).
