Entire House Cal and Guarita Park

I offer my house, which consists of an en-suite and a bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared with me). Pantry, kitchen, laundry with barbecue, large living room with 2 environments and a fireplace. Parking for a small car. I stay in the house because I have an office and a dog (shitzu) on the premises. Groups/people without children and pets. The space The house is spacious and very comfortable, quite ventilated. It is my "official" residence, so it is well equipped (kitchen, barbecue, fireplace). Bring bed and bath linens. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. I stay in the dorm/office and share the social bathroom.
