The Rincón del Alma Annex Apartment was created from the garage and laundry room of the main house (Rincón del Alma) and is totally independent. It therefore has the same immense wild park (almost 1 ha), tranquility, diversity of birds (ornithologist guests detected more than 100 species during their stay), ideal for resting and enjoying nature just 30 minutes from the city and 20 minutes from the airport (by car). It has a swimming pool but it is not always available. The space The apartment is accessed from the front, a large window with a door. It has a living room, where a futon was located (where 2 people can sleep), and a small table with two chairs. In the back is the kitchen and bedroom with a bed, and the bathroom. In the main room a mezzanine was built, where someone else can eventually sleep (there is a 2-seater mattress) Guest access The apartment has a gallery, before entering it, where you can park a vehicle. In case of using public transport, the property is located on the route, about 70 meters from the access gate to the property and about 300 meters from the bus stop, whose frequency is about 10/15 minutes. For food shopping, you can go to Cerrillos (5 km) or Rosario de Lerma (8 km) Other things to note The common spaces (park and pool) are shared with me or possibly with guests who are staying in Rincón del Alma.
