The space The apartment is located in Town House 200 within the Punta Centinela development. It is located at Km 10.5 of the Spondylus route, close to the most important attractions and amenities of the coastal area of Ecuador, in a totally safe and exclusive environment for your family. It has 3 large rooms. All spaces within the apartment have A/C. Rooms are divided as follows: Master Room: Queen bed, own bathroom, TV. Bedroom 2 and 3: 3 full bed, 1 twin bed, shared bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to the condominium's BBQ area and Centinela Yatch Club. The BBQ area must be booked in advance indicating day and time, with a maximum use of 2 to 3 hours. The club has a restaurant, bar, children's pool with water umbrella and adult pool with waterfall and jacuzzi pool with waterfall and jacuzzi. You can make use of the chairs, lounge chairs, umbrellas, children's games that the Club has both in the beach area, you can also request drinks and meals from the Club wherever you want (inside the club or being on the beach). In addition, they have access to the use of Kayac at the times established by the Club, always respecting the rules and instructions given by the managers. (Additional fee). The beach has a lifeguard with all the necessary equipment, the place has 24-hour security both inside the club and on the beach for your comfort and safety. Other things to note To access both the beach and club, you can walk or in your personal vehicle, from the apartment to the beach there is no more than 150 meters. You will have to go through a gate and identify yourself as our guest and you will have free access. Attention at the club is from 9 am to 5 pm.
