The master suite also offers a great view of the swimming pool, a King size bed, and a 40” flat screen tv. In the master suite bath you will love the frameless walk in shower and large soaking bath tub. The two secondary bedrooms, one offers bunk beds and the other offers a queen bed, both offer a 32” flat screen tv. Our fully equipped kitchen offers all dishes, utensils, and cookware needed for your stay. Just off the two car garage, the laundry room has a full size front load washer and dryer. Enjoy beautiful East coast beach sunrises in the morning with private community beach access and magical sunsets over the Indian River with dolphins swimming in the evening at the private community fishing dock. All of this within walking distance from our property, including a community pool. Preparing for some fun in the sun, we have you covered! From beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys to gas grill! We also offer three bicycles and two kayaks perfect for strolling through the river for use during your stay! The Sebastian Inlet State Park is less than 2 miles away. Looking to swim among the manatees, view the tropical wildlife while snorkeling, or go out for a great day fishing, Sebastian Inlet is the place to be! Enjoy golfing less than a mile away at the Aquarina Country Club’s stunning 18-hole golf course located within the Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge.
