Large house in Peñon del Aguila - La Cumbrecita

Exceptional new house very bright on the mountain. It's a Lindero neighborhood on the Summit. The city can be reached on foot (2.7 km) or by car That neighborhood also has a mountain park (zip lining, trails, hanging bridges, etc.). The land has its own trail/stream and dikelet. The house has 3 levels, 2 bathrooms, 2 tv (40" w/Netflix), wifi, and direcTV. Kitchen with fridge, freezer, kitchen w/oven, kitchen w/oven, thermal car, toaster, etc. We get pets! at a small extra cost. The space It is a house (approx 150 m2) of two main rooms of approximately 5 x 8 on two floors. The superior is the living room with 2 tables, 10 chairs, futon, equipped kitchen (frezzer, oven etc) integrated, TV and bathroom. The views are one of the nicest things about the house and the place. The upstairs also has an 8 x 4 deck with a barbecue and bowl. The floor below is the "large" piece that has the double bed, and a living room (3 armchairs plus a small table) with a television, in addition to another private bathroom and another deck of 6 x 4. In a half level is the simple piece of 3x3 with 2 single beds and large windows. The two room has black out curtains. A one-seat mattress is available if preferred! fits perfectly in any of the 2 pieces (at no extra cost as long as they are equal to or less than 6 guests) The house has a very nice dikelet of its own! It's rainwater going to the creek, so one can get into it! (can be seen in the photos) The house also has its own stream that is reached by a path of about 70/80 messages which is an adventure road!: to get there you must follow the stones painted red! one can deviate but it is very likely that at some point: you cannot continue down (because the road is very steep) or you cannot keep moving forward through the plants. Once we reach the stream we can bathe and explore both sides If one advances through the stream ends up reaching the dimple of more than 2 meters deep. Guest access The house has wifi with excellent coverage in the entire house. You can watch movies without any problems and there is direct access to Netflix. It has sets of sheets, towel and towels with spare every 7 days (included in the price). We have available to coordinate a cleaning service during the stay (separate cost) but it is only a comfort option since the house has everything you need to keep it clean. Other things to note The zone is sparsely populated. If you manage and walk around the area and the places in the photos (ollita, beach, suspension bridge) it is very likely that there will be no tourist.
