In Canmore, just 3 mins to Banff National Park gates, 15 mins to Banff town! Restaurants, grocery etc at your doorstep. If you have a large group, we also have another unit right next door, so you can sleep up to 12 if you rent both units. The space This is a NO-SMOKING/VAPING, NO-CANNABIS, NO-PETS property. The rooftop hot-tub is a shared amenity via reservation, which means it will be private for your group's exclusive use during your reserved time slot. BED/BATH CONFIGURATION: We are a 1000 sq ft, 2 BR, 2 bathroom property (note: one of the bathrooms is conventional, and the other one is open-style). This loft is ideal for 4-6 persons, but for sleeping flexibility, we have added trundles and spare mattresses. Main level bedroom: One queen bed, plus a twin roll-out trundle bed. There is a separate conventional full bathroom next door (North American-style bathtub with wall-mounted shower). Loft level bedroom and open-style bathroom (note that this area is open to living room below): One queen bed, plus a twin trundle bed. Full en suite bath includes a standup shower stall with frosted shower door. Living room: One queen pull-out queen sleeper sofabed, and 1 twin daybed. Upon request, a portable playpen/crib and dining high chair are available for infants/toddlers. ********************* THE SPRUCE HAVEN DIFFERENCE... Just 2 blocks from Main Street, the unparalleled downtown location means that grocery stores, restaurants, art galleries, trendy cafes are all at your doorstep! The loft features 23-foot vaulted ceilings, soaring 8-foot walls of glass flanking a cozy log/river stone fireplace & wireless internet. Enjoy stunning views whether you are relaxing on the sofa or window daybed, working out in the gym or soaking in the rooftop hot tub! You won't find another property with such meticulously hand-crafted furnishings. From live bark diamond willow log bed and barnwood bed accented with coffee bag burlap, to the massive barnwood armoire with green patinaed copper door anxd dogwood twig accents... virtually every piece of furniture was designed and commissioned by us, lovingly crafted by skillful Canadian and American artists. In most cases, the artists traveled to our home to personally install their masterpieces, so as not to leave their prized works of art in the hands of shipping companies! But unique decor is not the only benefit. MASSIVE walls of glass with mountain and town views, plus a location that is unsurpassed... make our properties winners with large and small groups alike! Spruce Haven offers free wifi. Upon request (at time of booking), we can also offer hard-to-find amenities that make a real difference to parents: a portable playpen/crib, plus a dining high chair for your little one! Guest access Since you will be renting the entire condo, you will have access to everything in the condo. You will also have access to the shared rooftop hot-tub and gym. We also provide free access to wifi as a courtesy to guests. Other things to note This is a no-pets, no-smoking/vaping, no-cannabis property. We do not generally allow events/parties. If you are unsure, please contact the owner to discuss BEFORE booking. Children are welcome, but must be supervised by adults, and stay at their own risk. DISCLAIMERS: Please be aware due to mountain conditions, we cannot guarantee 24/7 wifi as provider outages that are beyond our control sometimes can occur. The gym and hot-tubs are shared amenities. There are 3 hot-tubs in the building complex (2 rooftop and 1 indoor), so there is usually at least one that is open. Hot tub use is via reservation, allowing exclusive use for your group during your allocated time slot. However, we cannot guarantee availability as they are subject to periodic closure due to cleaning/maintenance, extreme weather, Covid advisories etc. The building management and/or authorities have the right to close the amenities without prior notice to ensure the safety of guests. No discounting will be given for amenity closures, if any. WHEN COMPARISON SHOPPING, BE SURE TO CONSIDER THIS: The Havens is LEGALLY ZONED for short-term tourist rentals, and duly licensed. Unfortunately, this is not the case for many properties in Canmore. Don't risk losing your payments or disrupting your vacation due to crackdowns on illegally-operated properties.
