Make a toast to togetherness with your favorite frozen beverages prepared in the blender at the poolside Tiki bar. A newly added half-bath is located just off the new lounge area for added convenience. On the first floor of the home, you will find four bedrooms: one with two sets of bunks that shares a bath with a queen bedroom; another with two twin beds that shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with a queen bedroom. Want to feel the sea breeze on your face? The first level deck obliges with comfortable seating to sit back, watch for dolphins and dream. You will quickly realize that no art can compete with the magnificent ocean view that greets you from the great room’s floor-to-ceiling windows on the top level. Perhaps the view will inspire you to prepare a fresh catch-of-the-day feast in the open and airy kitchen, complete with a four-stool breakfast bar. Share it with your family around the 10/12 seat dining table, an oceanfront space that flows easily into the living area. Also on this level is a convenient half bath and a queen master bedroom suite with ocean views and access to the sun deck that runs the length of the house.
