Modern kitchen with new fixtures and fittings (fridge / freezer, hotplates, oven, toaster) with large work surfaces allowing you to cook whilst enjoying the relaxing view of the bay. Large terrace with living room and lounge (and hammock, of course !). WI-FI access Parking space available for an electric cart with possibility of recharging. Other things to note Booking conditions Given the recent health hazards and the fluctuating restrictions accompanying them, I propose the "flexible" conditions of AIRBNB allowing you to fully refund your stay if you were forced to shift or cancel it. I simply ask you to send me by email your confirmed electronic ticket that includes the planned dates of your stay. Your reservation will be effective upon receipt of this document. Housework Towels, sheets and tea towels are provided. The cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price but you must leave the house in order (dishes washed and put away, bins emptied).
