My space is a leisure site, close to the Pedra Grande Natural and Landscape Complex, in Igarapé-MG, composed of: - 5 bedrooms, with ceiling fan, 3 suites, 1 single bedroom and 1 external suite - accommodates 23 people sleeping comfortably - 2 social bathrooms - spacious pantry/TV room - large and equipped kitchen - gourmet area equipped with electric barbecue, freezer, industrial stove with oven - adult and children's pool - sauna - shower - Soccer field - Pool table -parking The space Leisure site for rent (party, get-together, business or religious event, birthday, wedding, vacation, weekend), located in the city of Igarapé-MG, composed of: - 5 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, 3 en-suites, 1 single bedroom and 1 external en-suite (basement bedroom, outside the house); - accommodates 23 people sleeping comfortably in beds; - space for approximately 10 more people to sleep on mats (not included); - 2 social bathrooms, (1 in the house and 1 in the gourmet area); - spacious pantry and TV room; - large and equipped kitchen; - gourmet area equipped with barbecue, freezer, industrial stove with oven. - adult and children's pool; - sauna; - shower; -Soccer field; -pool table, -parking. - orchard and vegetable garden. Other things to note - A gas cylinder is available for use in the sauna. After its completion, if the guest wishes to use the sauna again, they must provide a new cylinder at their own expense. -There is an external suite (room outside the house) that is in the basement. -The caretaker lives on-site.
