I have a garage, availability to be agreed upon. The space This is a safe accommodation with bars on all windows and balcony. It's a nice place in a good location. It is a 5-minute walk to the largest mall in the city, (Shopping Manaíra) and 10 to 15 minutes to Manaíra beach. Nearby streets have pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, a movie theater, a grocery store, and large supermarkets such as Pão de Açucar, Atacadão, and Bem Mais. Ideal for those coming for work, study or sightseeing/leisure. Guest access The private rooms to which they have the keys, kitchen, living room, balcony, the two stairs down to the garage. (NOTE: Smokers, please do not smoke inside the AP, but on the balcony or in the garage.
