The space The main house has 3 bedrooms with A/C, 1 bathroom, living room/dining room/kitchen, balcony and laundry area. In front there is a structure with 2 small studios. Each one has its own bedroom with A/C, kitchenette and bathroom area. In the courtyard we have a complete and concrete pool size 10X10 with 3 feet depth, with waterfall and color changing LED light, for your exclusive enjoyment. The entire property will be exclusive for the same family group up to 12 people. Guest access The entire house and pool will be exclusive for you and family members only. No sharing spaces with others. There is a master lock box, code will be provided upon arrival. Other things to note No extreme parties or loud scandals are permitted. Only family gatherings and normal calm celebrations. No extra persons are allowed, only the ones informed at reservation. Please respect our neighbors, avoid any excessive noise.
