Fields House (IMPA and National School of Botany)

At the cozy Casa Fields we have double or single rooms, we are surrounded by lots of greenery, waterfalls, river noise, monkeys and birds. We are close to IMPA, BOTANICAL SCHOOL, BOTANICAL GARDEN PARK, LAJE PARK, LAGOA and PUC, we are LGBT FRIENDLY! Our infrastructure is able to supply and provide our guests with every need in a bucolic, calm and safe place. Our family villa is precisely the option to experience customs and interactions with the people of Rio de Janeiro in a century-old community! The space The house is fully independent, with private and complete bathroom and kitchen for our guests, situated on a property in the Botanical Gardens, upper-class neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro, with a centenary community in its heart! In the interior of the property there are two units for rental, the property is surrounded by the woods and overlooking the mountain. Many wild animals in the Atlantic Forest visit the property and some even choose to inhabit the site in total freedom. 🎋Located next to the park of the Botanical Garden. ⚠️What 'S nearby: Farmacias, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Visiting Parks, Banks, Post Office, Convenience Store, Hospital, Family Clinic, Club, Gym, Snack, Bicycle Rental, Planetario, Shopping, Ice Cream, Journeys, Bakeries, etc.. 🌐The surroundings: The tranquility of the sounds of nature at the same time close to the main sights, services and nightlife of Rio de Janeiro. The villa's backyard is shared and where guests and other residents access their homes. 🏡Casa Fields is a guest house in an area full of nature, but not far from civilization and services. Easy access by bus, Uber, motorcycle taxi, bicycle or by foot. Useful Rules and Information: Flexible ☑️ check-in/ Check-Out until 11hr (The guest must contact via whats app one day before check-in to receive the information, not to be able to enter the property); 🚭NO SMOKING IN ROOMS, ACCESS WITH COVERED SMOKING AREA; 🚷NO VISITS (or anyone not hosted); 🔇FORBIDDEN LOUD SOUND, or any noise that may disturb other guests or neighbors; ❗When ordering delivery it is recommended that when the product is near the arrival of the product, it is difficult for them to enter the village and because we are far from the entrance, the courier usually wait a little; ❗The entire outdoor area and also the street are monitored by cameras; Common 🐵animals: Yellow-billed toucan, black beak toucan, maritaca, possum, topete nail monkey, myco-star, thorn pig, pica pau, sabiá, João de clay, jabuti, white heron, hawk, among others... 🏛️Points of interest: PUC, IMPA, Botanica School, City Park, City Historical Museum, Moreira Sales Cultural Center, Planetarium, Baixo Gávea, Gávea Shopping Theatres, Jockey Club, Botanical Garden, Lagoon, Laje Park, Waterfalls, Trails, Chinese View, Emperor's Table, access to Christ the Redeemer, Tijuca Forest, etc… ❗When you are absent, check the lights go out, as well as remove chargers and other personal equipment from the sockets; ⚠️The accommodation provides two rolls of toilet paper, a weekly set of bed linens (cotton with polyester)*, a premium large towel, cleaning products, soap, etc. (Bedding and supplementary towels are charged separately, R$30.00 the kit); ⚠️For use of the laundry* (up to 13 kilos) of the property is charged R$45,00 per use. Guest access The entire residence is open to the guest, the entrance is independent and we only ask for the good and conscious use of the property and everything made available. Other things to note It is a very quiet village with other houses, but each house is independent and the neighborhood is strictly residential, quiet and bucolic. Our house is next door and we will be happy to help and inform in person when necessary, but we emphasize messaging apps to communicate. At the moment, our infrastructure does not allow us to receive children. We have nothing against it, and it is only a measure of force majeure.
