The Golden Loon

The Golden Loon on McKinney Lake is quiet; comfortably furnished for 2 nights or 2 weeks! The house is in town, but with a distinctive country feeling. The kitchen is amply equipped for the home chef; the living area offers comfortable seating and a 42" smart television (bring your Netflix/Hulu/Prime passwords) but the view of the lake may be the much needed distraction. Two wood burning fireplaces (one each level) adds wonderful ambiance. Fido is welcome too! (2 dog bowls in cabinet!) The space Upper level: kitchen, laundry, living room with TV & fireplace, King bedroom w/en-suite, Queen bedroom with adjacent bathroom with tub. Lower level has two single beds, small seating area, snack kitchen, bathroom w/large shower and TV & fireplace. Guest access You will NOT be sharing the house with others! There are two locked areas//one for the owner and one for the housekeeper. Other things to note On your check-in day, we will text you the access code and instructions. There is a WELCOME BOOK with WiFi passwords and people to call if something goes wrong! I've also provided a list of restaurants, grocery stores, service for vehicles and other interesting stuff. During your stay, I will be available by text - ANYTIME! PLEASE NOTE: if you are bringing your pet, there will be a $50 pet fee added to your reservation, payable at time of booking
