The space The apartment is cool, large, new and located in a building with 24/7 reception and security staff, so you will be guaranteed a quiet and safe stay. Beautiful green views of the city can be seen from each level of the apartment. You enjoy absolute privacy due to its location on the high floor (9 to 11), but the building has charming social areas such as the terrace on the 11th floor, from where you can see wonderful sunsets with the volcanoes in the background. A healthy food restaurant on the first floor, gym, business center and Jacuzzi. (The Jacuzzi is temporarily out of service due to Covid 19 hygiene protocol, as well as entry, identification, elevator use protocols, etc.). The apartment is carefully decorated to make our guests feel comfortable and is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable and warm stay, including everything you need to prepare food. The location is ideal because it is in a very quiet area, next to two universities (Francisco Marroquín and Galileo); half a block from a hospital (La Paz) and in the vicinity of several other hospitals (Medical Center, Herrera Llerandi, etc.). We provide complete information on what you will find in the surroundings and on the different gastronomic and sociocultural alternatives. The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests (up to 7 people). It has large windows that allow natural light to enter but have modern roller blinds that completely block out the light to promote deep and restful sleep. Guest access The building has a nice café on the first floor where they sell very tasty food and drinks, we suggest visiting it. Other things to note This apartment has been specifically prepared to host our visitors, so we have dedicated time and care to have everything you need. We accept suggestions if you feel something is missing. We appreciate guests who take care of the place and everything in it, with the same care and respect that we would take care of their homes. We know you pay a cleaning fee, but this person comes to change bedding, wash it, do a deep cleaning (especially now with the specifications for Covid 19) and leave the apartment in optimal condition for the next visits. When leaving the apartment, guests must leave the same number of towels they found, not use them to clean their shoes or their luggage (they can use the cleaning rags that are in the laundry room). You must leave your dishes washed and take out the trash. Next to the elevators is the door to leave it, in a bag, inside the container. Any breach of Airbnb's rules and those of this apartment will be reflected in the respective evaluation at the end of the stay in the public comment and in a possible financial fine if the case warrants it.
