Friendly family oriented community There is plenty of parking for guests at the property 4 car max. we ask that you do not drive or park in yard. No parking on the street. Dropping your boat trailer on grass at driveway is allowed No more than 10 guests in the house unless other arrangements have been made with owner. We do not expect anyone on the property that was not mentioned in the booking request. If you book for 4 guests please only have those 4 guests on the property.. Tenant will be held responsible for any and all damages to the property and its contents caused by tenant, his family or guests. The property borders a river we ask that no children be left unsupervised at any time, we took extra measures to protect the children ( fenced yard. fenced upper deck, door alarms etc,) but in the end it is the parents responsibility to protect their children we want everyone to have a fun relaxing memorable time at Honeys Place. We suggest bringing water bottles. Do not park on grass. We ask that you do not park or drive in the yard.
