This top floor corner unit at Timberline has been completely renovated. It features a spacious master bedroom with a walk in shower in a private ensuite, HD Smart TV's, fireplace and a large sectional couch to relax on after a long day on the slopes. You also have access to the multiple hot tubs and saunas of the Timberline Lodges. This place really is a slice of paradise! The space BED & BATH The master bedroom features a cozy king bed, a walk-in closet and incredible mountain views. The en-suite bathroom is a three-piece suite, including a brand new, modern stand alone shower. The 2nd bedroom contains two additional beds, one queen and one double. The secondary bathroom is a four-piece suite, including a tub for those who want to unwind after a day of skiing. All beds are made with quality, hotel grade linens and all bathrooms come fully stocked with a towel set for each guest, shampoo and locally-sourced bath products. Separate hot tub towels are also provided for each guest to keep your bath towel nice and dry. KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM The modern living room has a comfy sectional couch for cozying up in front of the warming fireplace, as well as two additional lounge chairs. There is a TV with cable and streaming services also available for those who want to enjoy a movie night. The open-concept kitchen with a spacious island offers plenty of room for family gatherings. Please note that there is space for dining at the kitchen island however there is not a dining table. The kitchen is well stocked and stores everything you may need for your stay, including a toaster, drip coffee maker, microwave and all basic cooking utensils and equipment. Additionally, all the basics such as salt, pepper and olive oil are available. Just off the kitchen features a private balcony where you can take in the uninterrupted views of the ski hill, the perfect place to enjoy a drink after a day on the slopes! AMENITIES Step out onto the spacious patio of the Timberline Complex to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set as the sun sets. Guests have use of the shared outdoor hot tub all year round, as well as the indoor sauna. There is free parking available for guests on-site. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage. Guest access The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. Please note: This unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator in this building therefore guests must use a set of stairs to get up to the suite. Other things to note LOCATION 5-minute walk to Fernie Alpine Resort for famed skiing and biking hills 8-minute drive to Mount Fernie Provincial Park for incredible hiking, biking and cross-country skiing adventures 10-minute drive to Downtown Fernie to enjoy restaurants, bars and nightlife TRANSPORTATION There are no public transportation systems available in Fernie, so a car is needed to access the surrounding area. The town is very bike friendly, so once checked-in, you could easily access the highlights of Fernie on two wheels. Please note this building does not have an elevator/lift.
