Opening the sliding door in the bedroom, bathroom windows, downstairs windows, and the front door can bring in a refreshing breeze. The air conditioning, with a 12 BTU capacity, is designated for use in the bedroom only. Please keep bedroom doors and windows closed for optimal cooling. Leaving doors open to cool the entire house not only increases electricity usage but may also lead to AC malfunctions. Our Airbnb price includes 10 KW (double the normal usage) for this listing.
