The space The apartment is fully furnished, containing air conditioning (in the two suites), climate control (dormitory), double beds, single beds, stove, refrigerator, water cooler, electric oven, TV (SKY) and Internet. The place was recently renovated, being the only one in the building with two suites. Note: Electricity consumption + taxes are charged. Guest access The only area guests don't have access to is the pantry. Other things to note A security deposit of 300.00 reais is required to cover any damage caused by the tenant to the apartment, appliances, furniture and utensils.
