Butterfly Ranch

Located on almost 3 acres, only 4 miles from I-35, nestled in amongst quiet ranch land, we offer a break from the hustle and rush of the big smoke. Enjoy cuddles with the worlds cutest pony, petting horses, puppies and kittens, collecting fresh eggs or just sitting on the deck in the fresh country air. Close enough to town to enjoy dinner or a drink (we have a great local distillery and wine tasting) or take a few hours and visit the local zoo. Lots to do here and only an hour from DFW! The space We have indoor and pets and encourage our guests spend time with them and enjoy the love they have to share. Due to asthma, we request that our guests be non smokers. During your stay We are a family (my husband, 8 year old daughter and me) who love good, fresh, and more than often locally sourced, food and guests are welcome to join in us for dinner. All that we ask is a little advanced notice and and $10 to $$15 contribution, depending what is on the menus. If I am home a hot, cooked breakfast is so available upon request for a cost of $10. There is a basic complimentary breakfast of oatmeal or toast and coffee or juice available for gusts paying $30 a night. Other things to note Butterfly ranch has an operational storm shelter in the event of severe weather.
