Whole house available. Pittsburgh's Northside on a quiet street this 2 story, 2 bed, 1 bath house accommodates 4 total people. Just rehabed, clean & quiet. AC window unit in bedroom. 2.5 miles from the north shore, Rivers Casino, The Aviary, Childrens Museum, Andy Warhol Museum, Matress Factory, Max's Tavern, Heinz Field, PNC Park, Stage AE, Allegheny General Hospital, Kindred Hospital, downtown and the convention center. Walking distance to Riverview Park and Trio's corner store. The space Charming turn of the century modest two story brick house set on a hill on a quiet dead end street two miles north of downtown. The home features all the original built in wooden cabinetry and door as well as the original mantles. Wall to wall carpet in both bedrooms. Keyless entry both the main door, and keypads on each bedroom for worry free outings. Guest access All guests have access to the entire house barring the attic. There are two private bedrooms on the second floor. The bedrooms have keyless push button locks on the doors ( similar to hotels ) to remove any worry about another guest in your space. The unfinished attic is off limits. Shared areas of the house are: Full equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, and over the stove microwave. Dining room with 4 place settings. Living room with 4k 50" TV with all the common apps and a Wii. The unfinished basement where the laundry washer / dryer are. The bathroom. Back patio / yard and front porch. Note the outdoor areas are for the spring and summer seasons, they obviously don't go anywhere, but there won't be any furniture in the fall and winter. During your stay I live next door to the property. The property is strictly an Airbnb, no one lives there. You won't see or hear from me unless we happen to cross paths outside, or if you need assistance with the wifi, entry, etc. I'm happy to provide a full range of hot spots depending on what you're into. Basically the same as a hotel / condo except there's no desk, or keys to worry about. Other things to note There is a walk up on concrete steps up to the house. That said if you have mobility issues this probably isn't the best option.
